Morning Fit Body Sculpt
included with gym membership
Held Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 9 a.m. Body Sculpt class involves therabands, weights, and swiss balls. Classes are higher-impact with cardio, kickboxing, and strength training for upper and lower extremities.
Fit Forever
included with gym membership
A low-impact class. Therabands, weights, and balls are used to strengthen muscles, range of motion, and balance. Chairs are used for seated exercises or for standing support. Class is held Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 11 a.m.
Fit Mix with Nina Leitza
$5 for gym members, $10 for non-members
This is a 60-minute class designed to increase strength, endurance, and mobility using cardio, weights, steps, and bands. Beneficial for all ages and fitness levels. By using a variety of motivating music, the class remains fresh and fun! Held Tuesday – Saturday.
